This sunday is the Marwell 10k and I am looking forward to this race. It is very "undulating" and quite a hard course but it is also a beautiful course with lovely countryside. The course has changed since I ran it back in 2009 and now the first 1km is actually through the park itself. This does not bode well for a pb as we run past the tigers, who are my favourites! My mantra must be "do not stop for tigers, do not stop for tigers, do not stop for tigers".
